Established in 2002, Fleetwood Building is a multiple award-winning building company founded by James Fleetwood. James is a registered building practitioner in Victoria and has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. As a member of the Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association, you can be assured you are dealing with a highly professional company, giving you peace of mind during this exciting journey.James is extremely passionate about building and leads a team of talented tradespeople, combining both the skill and expertise in design and constructionwith his hands-on approach to carpentry.
What we do
At Fleetwood Building, we strive to creative innovative concepts with contemporary, modern design and offer a fully managed, collaborative approach for our clients. From the initial concepts and design development, to engaging architects, draftspersons and engineers, we also co-ordinate other specialist services including site surveys, town planning administration, interior design and landscape design.Of course if you already have a finished set of plans and are ready to get started, we can have an introductory meeting to talk about the process and then provide you with a quote.
